The feedback from the participants has been very good... One participant I spoke to has decided to take on a personal challange which he had hesitated to take on before.

The teambuilding sessions were not only fun but they drew many valuable lessons which could be applied at work. I found the debrief after each session to be very insightful, much better than those we had earlier.

Read What People Are Saying About Our Presentations/ Workshops:

The material you used was exceptionally powerful, and the way you put the messages across to the team was very effective. The session was very well received by the audience and went better than we could have expected. Having sat through two days of our Powerpoint slides already, I am sure the audience was a tough one. But the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive.

Risk and Challenge Leadership Programme:

When asked, Nine out of eleven executive divisional heads of a major organisation said that they had exceeded their perceived limitations as a result of this programme.Using the unique QO2 ( Opportunities vs Obstacles Profile ), leaders were assessed on their motivational energy, ability to overcome obstacles, optimism, fault-finding ability, and time focus.

Your presentation yesterday..was inspiring and ...caused me to think in more ways than one. This was a good demonstration of several of the points you were trying to communicate including fact, belief and trust . Thank you for sharing your accomplishments and unique insights with us. It was highly motivational, and I learned a bit more about myself too.

Your keynote speech at our Annual Business Meet in KL has left every one of us at once inspired and humbled. Many were speechless and... searching for words to express a sudden surge of self-belief; and at least one participant kept repeating that it was an event that has already changed his life.At the re-cap the next morning, participants fell over each other to call out their favourite point from your presentation. We filled 3 slides with the points that were recalled.Thank you for an outstanding performance.

Very few people have the ability to capture people's hearts and minds and truly inspire them— to dream larger dreams and set their goals higher than they thought possible. As a result of your deeds, courage, and determination, you have earned this rare, wonderful power."

You were wonderful .... you coached, you counselled, you inspired! You pressed all the right buttons and subtly yet impactfully reminded all of the leadership and attitudes that bring success for a team. ( Communicative Leadership Programme )

My only wish is to continue with this type of programme ( Leadership First Steps ) in the future. It was inspirational, revealing and created a personal transformation in both my professional and personal life.
